MEET THE TEAM

Hi, I’m Lee Rachal, co-owner of Aleron Cleaning Services. I lead our
cleaning operations and quality control, making sure every job meets
the highest standards. I graduated from the Arkansas State School for
the Deaf in 1991 and bring years of hands-on experience in cleaning,
maintenance, and food service. Having worked extensively in
restaurants and food handling, I understand the importance of
thorough cleaning, sanitation, and preventing contaminants. I take
pride in delivering reliable, detail-oriented service to every client.
I love spending time outdoors fishing, boating, and camping. I’m also
a big sports fan—cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks, the Dallas
Cowboys, and I’m a huge fan of WWE and NASCAR.
While working as a prep chef at Universal Studios, Orlando, I had the
honor of competing in a Florida Resturant Assoication cooking
competition as part of an all-Deaf team. It was an incredible
experience and we proudly took first place!

Hi! I’m Rich Simon, Sales Manager at Aleron Cleaning Services. With
more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and
building client relationships, I’m passionate about helping businesses
maintain clean, welcoming spaces. Originally from Salt Lake City, I
spent years leading successful sales teams and even worked in
professional motorsports—so I know the value of teamwork, precision,
and dedication in everything I do.
I love following the action from the track or at home as an avid fan of
NASCAR, IndyCar, and Formula 1. I’m also a huge sports fan and love
cheering on the Las Vegas Golden Knights and Raiders—always proud
to support our local teams. I also enjoy camping and spending time
outdoors.
I started my career as an IndyCar driver with Amway as my sponsor
and later moved into NASCAR, where I won two NASCAR
championships with my team—and along the way, I’ve traveled to 15
countries throughout my career!

Hi, I’m Wendy Rachal, part of the cleaning team at Aleron Cleaning
Services. I’m Deaf and originally from Vietnam, and I moved to the U.S.
in 2024 to start a new life with my husband, Lee. I’m excited to be here
in America and love being part of a family business where every client
feels like family. I worked for many years in manufacturing in Vietnam,
where attention to detail was required, and I bring that same
dedication and care to every clean I do.
I enjoy knitting, reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with
my family. I love trying new recipes and growing my own vegetables—
especially tomatoes. As a mom of a 15-year-old, I take pride in creating
a warm, welcoming home and staying busy with things I enjoy.
Every morning, I treat myself to a cup of Vietnamese coffee—it’s my
favorite ritual. The bold flavor and sweet condensed milk make it the
perfect way to start my day. Whether hot or iced, that first sip helps me
relax, refocus, and find a little moment of peace!

Hi, I’m Sophia, and I help with social media marketing and advertising
for Aleron Cleaning Services. I’m a 15-year-old high school student with
a 4.0 GPA, and I’m bilingual in English and Vietnamese. I’m passionate
about entrepreneurship and learning what it takes to run a successful
business. I hope to attend Harvard one day and am excited to gain
hands-on experience while helping grow our family business and
sharing our story online.
I enjoy playing the guitar—a hobby I picked up in 8th grade—and love
reading, as well as spending time with my friends and my guinea pig,
Alvin. I’m also starting a Debate and Speech Club at my school to help
students find their voice, and I’m a proud member of the Asian Club,
where we celebrate culture and community.
I’m a huge fan of Haikyuu!!—I’ve rewatched the series (and movie) so
many times, I could coach Karasuno myself. My ultimate bias is
Tsukishima—tall, sarcastic, and secretly brilliant. That moment when he
blocks Ushijima and yells “Don’t look down on blockers!”? CHILLS.
